Individual, Couples and Small Group Private Sessions are hosted at PYS Home Studio (located in Southwest Side of Milwaukee - Off of 53rd & Cleveland Ave). Direct address is provided upon booking.

Cancellation Policy : Payment is due upon booking and no refunds are provided. You are granted one free reschedule option if you cancel up to 24 hours prior to session.

Winter Policy: If you are sick, email/text up to 8hrs prior to reschedule with a fee (25% of service cost). In place until March 20th to encourage you to stay home when you are sick.

  • You’ll be on a massage table & given the option to have instruments/crystals placed on the body

  • Aromatherapy can be added to any session for an additional $10 fee - includes essential oils diffused in the room, a silk lavender eye pillow, high quality oil for you to rub on key points of body for relaxation and various oils/smudging used during reiki

Trauma-informed & Beginner-friendly Yoga

All private sessions are tailored to the clients goals and intentions. Client is required to complete intake form to disclose physical, mental, & emotional health conditions so Parisa can adjust the session to their needs.

  • Includes breathwork, sound bath & group reflection or guided meditation to process experience

  • Clients lie on cushioned yoga mat with blankets, bolster, pillows & eye coverings to provide soothing experience

  • A 60 or 75min experience can be offered upon request with a price decrease

  • Aromatherapy can be added to any session for an additional fee - includes essential oils diffused in the room, a silk lavender eye pillow, high quality oil for you to rub on key points of body for relaxation

Traveling Group Sessions (2-30 people)
