Do sound baths include movement?
Very little. The majority of the time you will lie on a yoga mat in a rested position (savasana) with the support of props. Chairs can be made available at certain venues if you request it ahead of time

What are the benefits of a sound bath?
They can help reduce stress, improve sleep, increase energy levels, support mental clarity, relieve chronic pain, less anxiety, reduce blood pressure and so much more.
Many clients have used my sessions as a space to process grief, trauma, life transitions, and more. Some even have shared they feel the presence of their ancestors and/or loved ones with them during the experience.

Do you lie instruments on people?
Only in private sessions, with a client’s consent. I do not touch you in group sessions unless it’s to gently wake you up if you are snoring loudly.
