Cancellation Policy: You have up to 8 hours before evening classes to cancel your reservation or you will forfeit your class credit/payment. For morning classes, please cancel your reservation by 8pm the night before.

Late Arrivals: Moving Galaxy doors are locked when class starts. I understand circumstances can arise that may make you a few mins late. You have a 5 min grace period, if you text me beforehand so I can unlock the door for you. I won’t be able to accommodate late arrivals beyond 5 min & your class credit/payment will be forfeited.  

No Shows: Not showing up to class/cancelling your reservation will result in you losing your class credit/funds and you will be charged a $5 fee. If you don’t have a card on file, I will email you an invoice & your account will be frozen until the fee is paid.
