Yoga Class Offerings

All classes are trauma-informed and beginner-friendly! Students fill out an intake form prior to class so Parisa can tailor class to your needs. Classes are intentionally small groups (3-8 students) so there is space for Parisa to support you well.
To book a guest for class, you will need to create a separate count for them or you can email parisayogashala@outlook.com with the name and email for your guest & she can set it up for them!
Yoga Class Rates
First Class: $17
Includes props - yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, blocks, strap and lavendar eye pillow.
Single Class: $25
Includes props - yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, blocks, strap and lavendar eye pillow.
Teacher/Student Discount: $20/class (use discount code “SD5OFF”)
*can be used by high school/college students & school/yoga teachers
Community Support Rate: $15/class (use discount code “10OFF”)
*for those who need financial support - made possible by generous donations to the PYS Community Fund
Online registration & payment is required prior to class.
Cancellation Policy: You have up to 8 hours before evening classes & by 8pm the night before morning classes to cancel your reservation or you will forfeit your class credit/payment.
Late Arrivals: Moving Galaxy doors are locked when class starts. I understand circumstances can arise that may make you a few mins late. You have a 5 min grace period, if you text me beforehand so I can unlock the door for you. I won’t be able to accommodate late arrivals beyond 5 min & your class credit/payment will be forfeited.
No Shows: Not showing up to class/cancelling your reservation will result in you losing your class credit/funds and you will be charged a $5 fee.
