Release: Yin, Reiki & Sound
Yin Yoga provides space for you to slow down and turn inward, helping alleviate stress and restore your energy levels. We put intentional stress on our connective tissues to improve flexibility & mobility. Some shapes may feel sensational so this is the practice of finding ease within discomfort.
Parisa will provide reiki (energy healing) while students hold shapes for 3-5 minutes at a time. We will open & close class with sound healing which could include Parisa playing instruments, chanting & humming.
This 75min offering can reduce tension, help your body recover from injuries/soreness, build mental fortitude, enhance joint health, and more.
Tea, ginger, and treats can be enjoyed in the studio living room after class.
A yoga mat, blocks, blanket, strap, eye pillow, and essential oils will be provided. Please dress comfortably and bring a water bottle with you.
*No prior yoga experience is needed.
