Yogic Sleep: Nidra Meditation Circle
This offering includes breathwork, intuitive movement, guided yoga nidra (yogic sleep) meditation, sound bath and journaling.
These small group sessions can be a great way to implement a monthly reflection into your routine and meet other yogis as we take time to reflect collectively. This offering is beginner-friendly & all are welcome!
Room & instruments will be infused with reiki (energy healing) so you will sense the impact around you.
A yoga mat, blocks, blanket, bolster and eye pillow will be provided. Please bring a water bottle, journal & other soothing items such as crystals with you.
