Renew: Hatha Yoga & Sound Bath
Wednesdays | 5:45-6:45pm | 2408 N Farwell Ave.
This slower-paced yoga flow offering is a great option to learn the foundations of yoga in a safe and supportive environment. Class includes low to the ground movements, kneeling positions and standing postures to build strength, balance, and flexibility.
Parisa will also provide sound healing during centering & savasana (final resting pose).
Tea, ginger & treats can be enjoyed in studio living room after class.
A yoga mat, blocks, blanket, strap, eye pillow and essential oils will be provided. Please bring a water bottle with you.
