Join us for grounding yoga and sound experience to help the body and mind prepare for the transition from Summer to the Fall season.
We will begin with breathwork to help calm the nervous system and moving through a gentle yin yoga practice. Healing instruments will be played to help the body soften into various shapes. You will then transition to an extended savasana (40min) with a full sound journey including crystal bowls, Tibetan metal bowls, gongs, drums, shakers, chimes & more.
This workshop is for all levels! We recommend dressing in warm layers and bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and water bottle with. Room is gently heated.
