This outdoor event is in two parts!
1PM Full Moon Lunar Yoga Flow: Baobi Thao-Noel will guide an all-levels yoga class while Parisa plays gentle sound healing instruments ($15)
2PM Sound Bath Restore: Parisa curates an intuitive sound healing session under the full moon’s light while Baobi guides a relaxing restorative yoga practice for the first 20mins ($25)
Both of these offerings are beneficial in resetting the energies of the body, mind & spirit but together in nature makes the experience even more powerful!
It is recommended to bring a yoga mat, blanket/beach towel, water bottle, bugspray, sunscreen, pillow/cushion, and to wear warm layers. In the event of heavy rain or thunder, event will be rescheduled.
