Start off your Spring season renewing your energy with an immersive sound journey!
We will begin with breathwork to help calm the nervous system. Healing instruments including gongs, chimes, crystal & metal bowls and drums, will be played to guide you into a meditative state while you lie in savasana. We will close with journaling as you reflect on what the sound healing journey brought to surface and your year.
This experience is for all levels, and no prior experience is necessary.
This workshop is beginner-friendly! Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat, blanket & pillow/cushion with. We recommend dressing in warm layers as the experience can cause a change in body temperature.
