This 90min session includes gentle breathwork, reiki energy healing and a sound journey. You will feel the vibrations ripple through you as instruments are played above your body, making this a powerful cleansing experience.
Complementary props (yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, eye pillows) are included to create a restorative experience. This is open to beginners and is trauma-informed.
