Celebrate the Spring Equinox with Mary & Parisa as they guide you through an evening of aromatherapy, restorative yoga and sound healing!
Mary will begin with sharing about the benefits of essential oils. You will then be guided into restorative shapes with oils to invoke a sense of awakening, renewal, and vitality. These poses will be held for up to 10 minutes as Parisa plays sound healing instruments correlated to the intention behind each pose. The sound vibrations will guide you into a meditative state. Colors, patterns and even memories can be recalled through this intentional practice.
