We will begin with breathwork to help calm the nervous system and prepare the body for a sound bath. Healing instruments will be played to guide you into a deep meditative and mindful state. We will close with a meditation, chanting, and group reflection.

This workshop is for all levels! Individuals who are pregnant or have a pacemaker should consult with a doctor prior to enrolling. We recommend you bring a yoga mat, water bottle to stay hydrated, and dress in layers as the sound vibrations can cause changes in body temperature.
