Join us for a pelvic floor and sound healing session that blends pelvic floor education and the deep relaxation of restorative yoga and sound therapy. This session is open to all genders and levels of yoga experience.
Whether you're navigating pelvic pain, stress, or simply want to feel more grounded and supported, this session is for you.
Dr. Lauryn will introduce you to the pelvic floor and provide education on how pelvic floor tension and stress can impact your body and health. She will guide you through breath work and a restorative yoga practice to help release tension stored within the pelvis, restore balance, and reconnect with your body.
Parisa will play healing instruments to guide you into a deep meditative and mindful state, as you are supported with props on a yoga mat. These instruments include crystal and metal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, shakers, and more. Sound baths support nervous system regulation, stress relief, reduce blood pressure and anxiety, and more!
This session is beginner friendly! We recommend you bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and dress in warm layers as the sound vibrations can cause changes in body temperature.
