Yoga Flow for Beginners
Join us for a monthly beginners class to explore breathwork, foundational yoga poses and props usage. Parisa will take any requests from the group if you want to learn the alignment and process for exploring certain poses.
You will learn the many ways props can be used to compliment your practice and there will be space to ask questions from Parisa and the rest of our community as this is a collective learning process!
This is small group learning experience so max of 8 students. All props will be provided including a yoga mat so just dress comfortably and bring a water bottle and maybe journal with if you want to take notes.
